Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy across various platforms. Your creativity will help enhance our brand presence while ensuring we maintain authentic connections with our valued customers. You will work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Customer Service teams to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Amazon's business objectives to engage our audience effectively.
- Manage and grow Amazon's social media community on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce dynamic and visually engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Analyze data to develop actionable insights and enhance our social media performance through A/B testing and regular performance reviews.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and audience insights using social listening tools to inform strategy and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Lead campaigns that align with product launches, sales events, and other marketing initiatives while ensuring Brand consistency.
- Interact with our online community, responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work with influencers and partners to drive brand awareness and expand our reach across social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies current and effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to create persuasive content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to interpret data and inform strategy.
- A proactive mindset with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
